    Need advice on HGH Frag 176-191 stack, please!

    Hello! I'm currently on a cut, using the below stack, and I was wondering if anyone would suggest any additions. I'm a 5'6" female currently at 23% body fat.

    - 120 ml Clen , 1x day
    - 75 ml T3, 1x day
    - 300 ml HGH frag 176-191, 3x day

    Diet is super clean. I'm at 1300 calories a day, split 40-50% protein, 35% fats, 25% carbs. (Obviously on days where the protein is high, the fats and carbs go down.) I train every day, weightlifting and cardio, for at least an hour.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thank you!

    When I used hgh frag, it was before fasted am cardio. Fats at 35% seem a bit high to be super clean.

    MrFQ320, thank you for your response!

    The fat that I'm eating all comes from natural sources -- mostly avocados and nuts. I was under the impression that when you're on frag, you should avoid carbs as much as possible. Hence why I've been upping my fat intake. What would you suggest instead?

    My understanding of the frag is that it will help burn fat as a preferred fuel source, the best time to do this would be morning cardio before eating. An arguement could be made (and possibly won) that injecting frag, lifting weights then cardio would have an equal effect as muscle glycogen stores would be equally depleted.

    My carbs adjust to my goal, especially starchy carbs, maybe look into carb cycling, or just eat the carbs before and after workout. Trial and error.

    Oh and don't eat after am fasted cardio either for a couple of hours as the fat burning continues

    You shouldnt eat carbs for 30mins after the frag shot.

    Im trying frag too and it has a slow but steady effect.

    Whats your TDEE, isnt 1300 cals too litlle?? Sorry if im wrong not really used to womens diets.

    Also agree fats too high.

    I definitely see it working, slowly but surely.

    I've upped my daily calories to 1500-1600 cals a day. I found myself starving at 1300 and my workouts were suffering.

    Okay, so my fat is too high. What percentage breakdown of fats/carbs/protein should I be using?

    Im sorry dear, not the right person to give advice on a girls diet

    But head over for nutrition section and ask the question there, I am sure someone more knowledgeable will jump in.

    Do you do fasted cardio after the frag shot?

    Try for 50p 30c 20f. Stuck to it for a cpl of weeks, monitor, then weigh and measure, readjust as necessary

    @Mr.BB, it depends on which shot I take. I take 300 ml of frag, 3x a day. In the morning, I have class, so I just fast for 3 hours. In the afternoons, I take my shot before I work out, which is heavy weight lifting and a crossfit-style metcon. Then I take a shot right before I go to bed.

    @MR-FQ320, I'll try that.

    Can either of you two gentlemen suggest perhaps another peptide to go along with the stack? I'm currently looking at CJC 1295 w/ DAC, but I'm open to other suggestions. What do you two suggest?

    Im going to start a stack of GHRP-2 and sermorelin.

    Although I've read lots saying its a waste of money going to give it a try

    Peptides aren't a waste of time. You're not going to pile on muscle like you can on anabolics, but they do help. I like to toggle between ghrp 2&6 with mod grf-129.

    Your clen must be underdosed, with a dose like that you would be shaking like crazy and your heart would be about to explode out of your chest
