Humatrop how to dose

Ok guys I'm not new to hgh by any means. I've user china crap and serostim in the past. Managed to get a lot of Humatrop by Lilly. So should I be mixing it with te water it comes with? And how in the hell do I dose it with my 1cc slin pins?

It's should have a cartridge with the water in it. Just take out the plunger and insert the vial with powder. Make sure it clicks in and press the plunger down. The water won the plunger will dispense into the vial and mix. I would start off with a slin pin at 2ius ED

I though I should be using bac water instead? Just like with the serostim, or is it back water in the cartridge?
