Some people inject IGF-1 pre-workout, some does it post workout into the muscle worked. Does it really cause localized growth via hyperplasia? If so, does that means it makes us grow beyond our genetic limits?

No. You can't get igf1 anymore it will be some other form like lr3. Waste of time and money. Leave it alone
