Anti inflammatory help cts sides?

I have c5 and c6 herniation and am feeling cts sides at 3iu causing more pain than in the past. Would a mild anti inflammatory help this?

I know some people who have had some relief with anti flammatory or a mild diuretic. Usually the side will disappear after a few weeks but I would drop the dose down to 2iu for a couple of weeks and then slowly increase. Maybe try splitting the dose once your up to 3iis and above.
