Been taking 25mg before bed ..I work shift work should I continue to take it around the same time at night even though I'm not going to sleep or should I just wait till I get home in the morning ?

It don't matter when you take it...it's halflife is 24hrs

I have never noticed any difference. Mornings, evenings..pretty much the same

I'm taking mine before bedtime but you can take it whenever its best for you.

I only do before bed because it can causse lethargy. If this isnt an issue for you as has been said take it whenever works best with your schedule.
