I have been looking around for about an hour and a half through the forums and other sources.
There are a very few quality threads and even those dont have much real substantive information backing up what everyone is saying.
Of all the longshots HGH seems like the most promising in treating tendinosis, but I can't seem to find any real information on it. Has anyone actually studied Hgh effect on the treatment of tendinosis (or ligament degeneration) anywhere?
tendinosis is just a word for tears in the tendon and Hgh is used to help the body repair muscle tears faster among other things so I would like to think it would help in some way. That's why its worth looking into. However most of the people who say it worked also used it for such a lengthy amount of time that it doesnt seem much better than doing nothing. So again, has anyone actually done a real study on it?
EDIT: I would like to extend the scope of this thread to include effect of hgh on cartilage repair, which I actually did find at least 1 nih funded study and a bunch of anecdotal evidence that hgh does help there. Which leads me to my last question which is why is it so hard to find the studies the FDA used to make its decisions on what HGH is useful for (and if they do exist where are they)!?
