    insulin PW on only arm days ?

    can you use insulin only once or twice a week on weaker body parts to try help bring them up, say if i was to only use it every 4 days post arm workouts ? in other words if only used once or twice a week will it help imporve certain areas that im training that day? cheers

    I can't imagine just using it a couple of times a week to bring up a body part but I guess you could give it a try.
    It's so cheap, why not use it post workout all the time? You know it converts to IGF-1, etc. but I think of it more as a storage compound. Best used post workout to pull glycogen and protein into the muscle (along with creatine if you want to add it).
    Just do your research and be careful. Not going to lecture you as there is plenty of info available.

    I'd definitely shoot preworkout.

    Assuming you're using regular insulin , it starts to kick about an hour after shooting and continues kicking for another 4+ hours.

    It would be fine to only use on arm days

    212, that answered a question for me. I have a bud who shoots post workout and couldn't figure out why. I didn't think about him using R. I use Humolog which is 5-10 minutes.
