    12iu hgh daily. Does joint/muscle pain ever get better? Feel like old man

    12iu hgh daily(3x4iu). Does joint/muscle pain ever get better? Feel like old man. Sluggish and lazy all the time. I've been on for a few months.

    30yr male
    245lb
    6' tall

    Don't know much about it. Sounds very high dosage to me in what I see other guys on here dosing at. but I'm sure more knowledgable members will chime in.

    That dosage for an extended period is far to high. I would back it down quite a bit. HGH can make you sleepy even at lower
    ranges,,,I couldn't imagine how 12 iu EVERY day would make you feel.

    No, but it will eventually cause nerve damage (carpal tunnel syndrome).

    Try 3iu/ed to 5iu/ed and see how you feel. It took me about a year to dial into my dosage. Not all HGH's potency is the same, unless it's pharma, so you probably need to experiment a little to see what works for you.

    I've seen world champions Senior 100 kgs with 8ui ed. Unless you're one of them, I think we do not need such a high dosage.

    Ive had the carpel tunnel syndrome effect on much smaller dosages than that 12 iu. It went away though while I was on a break from HGH.
