Has anyone noticed or heard of an improvement in reach/arm span while using HGH? After the growth plates have closed I hear people have been known to grow 1-2 inches max in height but I've not heard about arm span? I've read that it can thicken bones, lengthen and thicken the jawline etc.
Obviously a chiropractor will lengthen your height too if you have problems with your posture, but I've also read that regular yoga can lengthen reach! I'm sure I've read that somewhere! I'll have to look that up again later...
If that is the case though, surely high-ish units of HGH in conjunction with daily yoga activities...? I have a 71" reach n if I can add an inch or 2 to that, happy days

ive never heard of that, personally... i was on growth for 7.5 months never took note to that. although, i did just a few weks ago get fitted for a tux for my BF wedding. the lady said for me being 5.7 i had longer arms then guys my size lmao. has to be coincidence :P
