Mixing Powder

I'm not really good at the math for mixing liquid with powder.

I have 2mg of powder and want to inject .5mg.


Do I add 2ml of bac water and fill my 1ml syringe to the .50 mark to equal the .5mg dose?



How much bac water would I add if I have 10mg of powder and want to inject .5mg?

I'm guessing 5ml of bac water mixed with 10mg of powder and fill my 1ml syringe to the .25 would equal .5mg dose?
