How do you draw a full vial without wasting product

its driving me nuts im trying to inject all 2mg of tb500. I inject 1ml of bac water. Then i draw air into syringe of 1ml and try to withdraw but as i keep pulling the plunger up slowly i know its not sucking in all the liquid i reach the top of the syringe and theres still liquid in the vial i can never seem to get the whole amount out.

I feel the 0.5 inch slin needle is to small i even flip the vial upside down and still cant get everything to go in. i also tried to inject 0.5ml bac water still cant get everything in and i feel im wasting money this way. What am i doing wrong/

    help is appreciated thankyou.

Inject .75ml into the vial, mix it, then inject 1ml of air into the vial, turn upside down and draw it up.
