Norditropin Simplexx storage help

I have a few hundred IUs of norditropin in cartridges. I'm concerned about storage. I didn't realize they come premixed. On the norditropin website it says that they need to be refrigerated prior to use but can remain at room temp for 3 weeks after popping the seal. These took 2 weeks to ship to me. I'm guessing they weren't refrigerated. From those of you that have experience with these specific cartridges...

Should I be concerned that they haven't been refrigerated this whole time?
Should I store them in the fridge prior to first use?
Should I store in the fridge after first use?

These pins are like reconstituted HGH powder. They're designed to be in room temp and survive a lot longer. If you want to be safe, just stick 'em all in the frig and use them when you're ready.

You need to store them in a refrigerator if you expect them to last all the way until the Expiration date.
