It is recommended to split dosages to avoid side effects. I have read that upon wakening and pre workout are the best times to do the split.

Pin 'em all in the morning. It avoids the hassle of pinning twice a day. I've been doing it for over 7 years and I haven't noticed a huge difference over pinning twice a day. Then again, it's not optimal and I'm a lazy bone.

also if you using fast acting inslulin can you use gh & inslulin together first thing and have carbs right away ? i know GH alone they say skip carbs first meal.

HGH is an insulin agonist. In other words, you take HGH and your body slows down the production of insulin. If you're taking HGH and insulin together you eliminate the need for your body to produce endogenous insulin. Based on this logic, I would say it would be ok to take HGH and insulin together and eat carbs right after the injection.
