fine to do GH & slin exactly the same time ?

so my understanding is if you do gh alone dont eat for 1 hour or so, or if you do keep it fats/protein only BUT if you do insulin and gh at the same time you can have your shake followed with a meal right away correct?

If you take GH along with the insulin follow the diet intake outlined for insulin usage. GH may counteract the blood sugar lowering effect of insulin somewhat, but they are synergistic in terms of anabolism.

To stay away from carbs when using insulin defeats much of the purpose IMO, and it's really dangerous as well.
