Natural GH Secretion Amount??

I can't find any solid evidence regarding daily natural GH secretion for males ages 18, 20, 24, 28, 35, etc

Graphs on google images contradict each other and hilariously link to product pages.

Does anyone know?

Does this depend on diet and training . So maybe a 32 year young male like me might have a higher secretion amount at certain times
