Please check my HGH & insulin timing for AM & PM

So going to be running GH and slin together with test again. So many threads on how to do it, here is what I have lined up & im good to go ? :)
Wake up shoot 3iu HGH, wait 15/20 minutes shoot 6iu fast acting slin (humalog) followed by 40g whey, 50g dextrose & 10g creatine. 60-80 minutes later 200g white basmati rice & 200g chicken breast. Streight forward & simple all good? Same protocol post workout too :)

Looks good to me lean..keep us updated I'd like to hear if your slin gains were kept or not..I've never had luck keeping gains from slin I've gained 20 lb in a month and looked super full but 2-3 weeks later Iam right back were I was..

Be fucking careful. Slin isn't something to mess with. Do it wrong and you DIE.
