I just started my insulin cycle few days. If that's day I go workout, run hgh 8iu (2 shots) and insulin 12iu (2 shots) post workout. Of course I eat lot of foods including high carbs and protein meal, protein shark, protein bar and Gatorade (to make sure enough sugar). If I don't workout, run 4iu hgh only. I plan to increase insulin dose 1iu per shot per day, because I don't have any feeling after insulin injection.
