At 26 I would allow my body to "cycle it" naturally and not worry about it other than good diet and lifting routine. Unless you want it for fat loss, then I would think about cardio as well.Originally Posted by RussianSpets

You take hgh injections subcutaneously once a day at 2-5ius for at least 6 months or so and usually longer. It comes in vials or powder than you mix with bacterial static water prior to injection and it must always be kept refrigerated.

HGH is not a "cycle" compound. You get on HGH and stay on until you have to sell your car to buy more.
