So I plan on dropping the 4iu a day GH for a bit switch IGF 1 LR3 + Frag.
I'm already taking frag for about two weeks and at 500mg per day seeing something. What I think we all want form GH is fat loss and growth, but the growth part is very weak unless massive dosages. We all know HGH turns into IGF 1 which causes the growth so I think it makes sense to just isolate the parts in which will do what I want rather than just take gh in that respect.
I've been on GH for over 8 months so it certainly helped, but the reason why I'm doing this now is because I am going to try a 6 weeks arms program which is designed to create gains by overreaching. I'm also changing my workouts to 6 x a week; this will take advantage of the LR3 floating around my entire body and be used to growth more muscle rather than tissues when I would be off doing 4x a week program.
Frag will burn fat, IGF 1 will build tissue.
Goal is to add an inch to my arms, which are currently 17.5 and don't match my body.
I think this is a solid approach, of course with proper diet.
I still have some kits, but I don't want to take EVERYTHING because then I won't know what's doing what, unless you all think I should continue the GH at 4ius as well?
I plan on starting Monday...
