BPC 157 Rotator Cuff Healing LOG

I received my BPC 157 today to help start healing my rotator cuff tendonitis.......

Day 1: At the gym in the morning today, this was pre shot, I had pain on any press movements, found new workouts instead of using dumbbells and barbells. I now use just cable exercises and machines.

Anytime I would rotate my arm in a large circular motion I would have pain and discomfort. I also do pre warmup exercises with cables prior to workouts. It creates a little discomfort.

Post Shot on Day 1, granted this is after working out and warming up the rotator earlier in the day, I had good movement with a lower level of pain or discomfort. I doubt this is due to the shot.

I am also using my Stim machine and ice on a daily basis.

I am also using CBD Oil at night to help with any pain and inflammation.

Will report tomorrow and so forth reporting on how I feel first thing in the morning prior to shooting any BPC157 and at the same time daily to see the improvements.

I forgot to add I added 2ML of backwater and using 250mcg per day.

Day 2 I shot it in the afternoon in the upper part of the rotator cuff, today was leg day this morning so I wouldn’t be triggering the I jury at all today. It felt good. So far so good. Will report back tomorrow.

Also still using the CBD oil at night time which defeinitely helps take away any possible pain and inflammation. Also using the stim and ice at home.....going to a physical therapist tomorrow to get a review and treatment. We’ll see how it goes....

Day 3 Shot in the top of the rotator cuff. Mobility is good and less pain. So far seems to be working.

Day 5 shot in top of rotator cuff. there is definitely some healing going on. The pain and or annoyance of the rotator cuff injury is definitely getting better.

I am still doing rotator warm up with cables prior to every lifting day which helps also. I have to stim and ice it less.

Healing is going well. One weird thing happened this morning, I shot the BPC-157 into a different area of my shoulder and it blew up like a ping pong ball instantly, I did G̲e̲t̲ rock blading in the trigger spot last night and that’s where I shot it. I know rock blading breaks up all the scar tissue so I think that had something to do with it. I massaged it for like a minute and the bump was completely gone, there was soreness there afterwards but I think the rock blading the day before made it more sore.

Just wanted to update that the BPC 157 fully healed my rotator cuff injury in 3-4 weeks.

I recently injured my elbow forearm and have golfers elbow. I ordered more BPC-157 and started the regiment of 250mcg’s a day and injecting at the source in the elbow. Will report back.

Subbed. curious to see how it goes long term

    - Did you always use 250mcg every day ?

    - How much CBD oil are you using and is it always daily at night?

    - Do you refrigerate the peptide after mixing with Bac Water?

The peptide is very very fragile. As soon as I mix it, it goes right into the fridge in a place where it won't be shaken or fall over.

I use 250mcg's everyday until the bottle is done. Some people do run 500mcg split into two doses a day for the first week and back off to 250mcgs a day.

The CBD oil I use at times when the pain is worse and or keeping me awake at night.

I am also currently on 4iu of HGH.

The constant pain is gone already........the arm and elbow feels a little tight per say now, but improving. I am stretching daily and doing some rehab movements daily on the elbow/arm area.

I am taking the weekend off from the gym because I tweaked my lower back yesterday due to heavy deadlifts. The arm should improve more with a few days of time off. Will report back after the weekend.

Happy to hear things are going well.

Do you have a sense for how much healing is from HGH versus the BPC? I've used TB500, and I thought it was helpful, but I may try BPC. I'm worried about starting up HGH for fear I'll end up remortgaging my house to stay on it.

What do you think about the CDB oil? does yours have THC in it?

The healing is 100pct the BPC. HGH doesn't work nearly as fast. From my reading TB500 doesn't work nearly as well in areas like tennis elbow compared to BPC157. I have read where TB500 did nothing for people and then tried the BPC and boom it was healed from it. I can attest on how effective BPC is in relation to healing, its truly a miracle drug.

HGH is def expensive lol. I have a great generic reference only source which is nearly on par with Pharm grade so it helps to keep the costs lower.

The CBD oil is great. Mine is "full spectrum" where they take the full plant and drain it, this is the better version, they found by doing this the effects of the oil were greater. My oil has no THC in it. I do know having a little THC is actually a good thing because it opens up the receptors more and is more effective. I just did not want any THC in mine.

Thanks for the good wishes brotha!!

I'm having a lingering bicep thing that i think I'm going to address with BPC, thanks for the input!

I'd love to have an HGH addiction, lol. But I enjoy eating, and having electricity .

Tennis elbow is steadily improving, I consistently stretch it often too I wanted to add. I eliminated some movements that irritate the tennis elbow. The BPC157 is definitely working.

Improving, constant pain is gone, workout pain is now limited. I’ll be laid up for the next 6 weeks with no working out due to ansurgery so I’m sure it would fully heal in that time
