Could TB500 be right for me?

    Quick stats:
    48 y/o
    5'-9"
    155 lbs
range between 7-12% depending on show dates
    natty
    compete in physique

So Ive been BB'ing since 14 and like most of you, have been hard on my body for years. Have had shoulder surgery, tricep re-attachment and hernias patched. I compete in men's physique now but will change divisions to BB'ing when I turn 50. With that plan, I have started training legs harder (they won't be covered in board shorts lol)
I've had shoulder pain that seems to be in the cuff area (non surgery side) and now with the ramped up leg training, pain in both knees, along with some tendon pain in the elbow. Dammit, seems like I'm falling apart!
I had heard about TB500 and many good results on it. Could this be a good option for me?
What are some difficulties a first time pinner may run into?
    Sides?

Try BPC157........from everything I have read it works better then TB500. I just ordered some for myself today so I can give you personal feedback in another week.

I don't like the idea of pinning the area; from what I have read, TB500 kind of "covers the whole body"?; no?
I have so many small joint/tendon issues, I think that would be better for me.
How long do guys usually run TB?

I am in too. My shoulder on my right side kills me.
Grass fed gelatin has helped actually now that I think about it.

I'm about your age, and yeah, many things hurt

Normally 4-6 weeks, twice a week. If you're better at 6 weeks, some do maintenance doses of *some* amount every so often, but I've never done that. I wouldn't say it's a miracle cure for anything, but in conjunction with smart training, it helped me.... But it's an expensive fix.

Best of luck with your future plans!

I just got my major breakdown with a bicep tenton tear RiiiiiP! LOL

I'm running TB500 and HGH at the same time. Honestly, I don't know which one works better but together, they work great.
