Naturally high IGF-1 levels...

Just wanted to see if any of you took HGH/IGF-1 and had your IGF-1 levels checked to see what's normal. My levels:

330 (88-246) - as you can see, I'm quite a bit higher than the normal range. I've never taken steroids or growth hormone.

I wonder how much GH you would need to take to observe my levels?

Loaded question. You could have 25 people on TRT for example eating the exact same diet, same training, same trt protocol, and their bloodwork would be all be slightly different. That's why bloodwork is done in ranges, everyone is different.
