I’m no expert sir but I can tell you I had to order 4 5.8mg vials of omnitrope to be able to get 2IU per day every day for a month. I just found this. https://www.etoolsage.com it calculated 3IU per MG.

Most somatropin manufacturers(MerckSerono, EMD Serono , Lilly, etc.) state 1mg = 3 iu..
