maximal insulin dosage for advanced lifter
Hey!
I have been lifting for +10 years and cycled about seven years. Insulin I have used occasinonally and everytime i have used 10ius preworkout. I have heard that some use even 50ius during training. What u gyus succest that is the best dosage for insulin? If u wanna grow most but keep the fat not so high? and my calories will be 4500-5000. Also gonna start test, tren and mk677 same time.

Insulin will make you leaner not fatter. Insulin ramps t3 to t4 conversion.
I prefer doses around 20-25iu a few times a day and I notice significant results.
BE SURE to slowly work up to dosages!
NOTE: I stick to 12iu tops pre workout, as after using 20iu with a consistent protocol for weeks I had a bad scare. Pre workout always varies how many carbs you need so lower is better in that case!

I'm just going to switch that , its T4 to T3 conversion
Kay kay , once you get up to 25iu or more of slin per day . you may want to start considering running T4. you'll further increase your macro nutrient turn over rate and feed efficiency . and provide more T4 to be converted to T3

Gear, I’ve been upto 20iu or so 7x a day at the end of my slin runs.
I was running t3 but good point on t4 because it Ramps t3 to t4 right

there is only so much insulin , carbs, and amino acids your body can uptake and assimilate at one time.. 50iu of slin pre-workout is NOT at all advisable. as taking in 250-500g of carbs during your workout would be very difficult and not make for a good workout at all.
IF you want maximum results out of your insulin use, you need to think and focus on 'maximal protocols' and not maximum dosages. . a well laid out protocol is going to be way better then just merely high dosages.
as for 'getting fat'. just because your insulin dosage goes up does not mean you'll get fat. lots of other factors here to consider besides the dosage. using advanced protocols like using the synergy of insulin and DNP together is one option to maximize growth from insulin while blocking any fat accumulation possibilities.

Ah yes of course it’s t4 to t3 lol my bad. Hence adding in t4 instead of t3, okay thanks.
