GH and slin, microdosing
Hi, has anyone ever tried microdosing GH and slin instead of waking up and taking your first dose of GH 2ius or what ever your dose is you would basically take .6ius 6-8 times a day with meals to keep consistent spike, same with slin except for post work out when you take your regular dose? Seems like you would build up insulin dependency microdosing,

You shouldn't be taking HGH with meals that's asking for trouble. It needs to be taken approx 1 hour before a meal and need to wait approx 1 hour before eating. Given the average bodybuilding meal plan is 5-6 meals per day, it's not practical to use HGH more than once per day (some people do twice, once in morning once at night).

I never took within 45 minutes of meals, but I liked more injection ed to lose bf. Just my preference over time. Pre/post workout for muscle growth in higher doses.

Well the philosophy behind it is microdosing the GH and slin is that you get longer elevated tail on the IGF so it doesn’t tapper off so you get the benefits of that consistently, like you said your fat burning does go way up to, but not to many people have tried it

IF your goal is growth , then yes you can surely micro dose GH with insulin throughout the day with meals. you'll get a 'non natural' synergistic effect from the presence of GH, Insulin, Glucose, and IGF. the reason I say 'non natural' is that if you were NOT injecting these hormones exogenously, you would never be able to get this same effect in a natural state (as one hormone is antagonist to the other). you would also not be able to get this effect with GHRPs or GHRHs (this is where the main theory comes from that you shouldn't take GH close to meals, especially carb meals, as the GH will have little effect, but this is not true, its the GH secretagogues that are effected by insulin release and the presence of glucose, exogenous HGH goes directly into the blood stream independent of any other hormone) .

IF your goal is fat loss , then taking GH in larger doses separate from your insulin or meal is best for lipolysis. with the lower levels of glucose your body will mobilize fatty acids for fuel (which GH aides in).Last edited by GearHeaded; 09-27-2018 at 11:52 AM.

Bump very informative and mass is the goal, should have good synergetic response with AAS and slin for good winter bulk if I keep the ditery fats down shouldn’t pack on to much excess fats that will be unmangable after the bulk phase, will monitor carb response as well, just going to be headache timing everything

if timing is one of your biggest hurdles, then I would start off simple and then tweak things as you go. I'm not sure what your schedule looks like, but a protocol like this can be a simple starting point for micro dosing
meal 1 breakfast
2iu of HGH
3iu of insulin
meal 2
meal 3 Pre workout meal 1 hour before workout
2iu HGH
5iu insulin 20 mins pre workout
Intra workout nutrition
meal 4 Post workout meal
2iu HGH
10iu insulin
meal 5
pre bed
25mg Mk-677
5mg Melatonin
250mg Metformin
this can be tweaked to fit your schedule . but its just an example where the micro doses aren't so low that your injecting 10 times a day, but the injections are frequent enough to keep elevated levels most of the day and get the synergistic effect leading to elevated IGF production.
note: this dosing protocol works best with a 'regular' acting insulin with a peak at about 2.5-3 hours .. if your using a rapid acting insulin, then you may want to add in an additional dosageLast edited by GearHeaded; 09-28-2018 at 07:48 PM.

Awsome, yeh I was thinking somthing along the lines of this but bit smaller doses then going up, maybe .6 to 1. Ius per meal not including pre and post work out that will be a little bit higher and tweak from there just to get used to GH I last timed jumped the gun fast on it and had wicked numbness in my hands ...just want to gradually build up tolerance and then come back down, obviously with one month on insulin .... that guy from canada that went to oxygen gym and packed on 20lbs in month was on somthing similar but he had 5am wake up protocol and a lot of naps but he packed on some huge size and had good results
