    insulin help

    Ok so I'm 27 5'10" 240lbs been training and juicing for years. So I'm experienced with all this shit BUT have never used insulin.
    I'm stuck at this bodyweight no matter what I do I can't seem to get any bigger with gear and food. I have ran hgh on and off before but never consistently.
    Have tried upping dosages, upping food, changed my training a couple times and I'll get over 240 for a few days then right back down to 240.
    I'm confused as to how to use insulin and gh together, can anyone with experience using gh and insulin together plz give me some help here or their protocol.
    I have humalin r and humalog.

    there are LOTS of different insulin protocols . don't just follow one or the other cause someone else is doing it. you need to dial down whats going to work specifically for you and your goals and your lifestyle. . trying to fit an insulin protocol into a lifestyle where it doesn't work can lead to problems.

    having said that .. with the proper protocol I believe optimizing insulin use can easily put another 10 pounds on you.

    read that thread first, get familiar with some protocols. then I'll be happy to chime in some more and help you out

    Cool thanks brother. if u could answer a couple question I was confused when u say u have a shake during training with waxy maize, eaas, and creatine. Then it said intra shake with waxy, protein, and creatine? What do u mean by that exactly? Just slam the first shake right after u dose slin? Also, if I'm gunna take it pre and post Traini g so so I dose r pre and humalog post training, when should I eat my meals? And are u doing a shake post training?

    Also when should I pin my gh? I've heard u want the gh and slim active at the same time to get the most igf.

    'intra' workout nutrition = sipping your shake during your workout . there is not a pre-wokout shake plus a during workout shake.. only during.

    so you'll have a pre workout meal about an hour or so before your workout consisting of carbs and protein.

    20 mins before your workout you'll take your 10iu or so of Novalin-R . your intra workout shake will contain 50g of high molecular weight carbohydrates, 10g of EAAs, 5g of Creatine (glutamine if you use it) which you'll drink during your workout.

    1.5-2 hours later. You'll take your post workout insulin dose , 10+ or so iu (person dependent). you'll have a post workout shake with 40g of whey protein, along with 100g of fast acting carbs.
    2 or so hours after this .. you'll have a whole meal with at least 30g of protein from say chicken and 40g of carbs from say potatoes.

    keep in mind the dosages and the grams of carbs used are person dependent.. I'm using generic numbers here. you'll have to use a glucose meter and dial in exactly how many grams of carbs you personally need for every IU of insulin you run.

    yes you'll want active amounts of HGH and Insulin in your blood stream at the same time to kickstart the liver into producing more IGF.

    one option is --
    in the morning 2iu of HGH, with 5iu of insulin with breakfast.
    later in the afternoon , 2iu of HGH with your pre-workout meal
    2iu of HGH with your post workout meal

    this is a growth based protocol . its not optimal if using HGH as a lipolytic compound. its ideal for putting on size.
