only you can know the answer to this, because your the one who re-constituted it. it all depends on how much BAC water you used to re-constitute it.Originally Posted by ns9797

Also, depends on the amount of GH in the vial, for instance, Serostim comes in 18iu vials that you reconstitute.
You'll see Humatrope in 12mg/36iu and 24mg/72iu kits typically.
On the other hand, Saizen comes already reconstituted in cartridges. You will have to determine the iu/cartridge and amount.of diluent.
Usually they tell you how many mg are in the Saizen cartridges and as a general rule 1mg = 3.3 iu.
