    No idea.
Even stimmed out I crash out.
Only thing that helps even remotely for me is to stay active

I was wondering, would it be ok if I take just one shot of Humulin R before my workout to cover the pre, duri and post workout meals (shakes included) if my trip to the gym, the workout and back takes less than 2 hours? (Because it's peak is 2 to 3 hours before injection and I would eat my post workout meal really close to it.) Or it's really necessary to take two shots? (pre and post workout)

    Depends on you carb count.
What you eat is in control

The way to tell is to check your sugar levels.

I have never tried insulin or hgh yet but reading people’s posts about it has calmed my fears so now that a lot of people have experience maybe I’ll give them a run this spring/summer...I have never even tried to tap into my bbing potential maybe this is what I need...

With your body- you don’t “need” it, but it is a game changer.
Go to Walmart and buy some. About $35 and lasts for months. The cheapest, most effective gear you can take IMO

As a rule of thumb I used 1ui/10g of carbs never beeing hypoglycemic even once. I started taking it on my last PCT, humulin r 30 minutes before my workout, with my pre-workout shake, and humalog right before my post workout meal. Now I am cutting and only using like 4 to 6ui before my workouts.
I wondered that because humalog is twice as expensive as humulin r in my area and I don't think it's worth it (in my case), I could just add all the carbs pre, duri and post workout, take a regular action insulin shot, go to the gym and back and would be eating my post-working meal close to it's peak (2 to 3 hours after the shot). Sounds logic to me, but I am not sure if it would work IRL.

I’m reviving this thread since i’ve been taking Novolin R pre and post workout for about a week now, and wow. That escalated quickly. I should add that I take 12.5mg of mk677 every night so my glucose levels are a little elevated to begin with. As usual I wish I’d have known about this sooner
