Hello gentlemen, started novilun r a couple hours ago after gym. Going 6 iu and 60 grams carbs for now. I have a blood glucose reader and will adjust accordingly. But my question is on my off days- should I take a shot even then or just after workouts? Also, certain days I work I can’t get to the gym till late. No way will I take it then, should I take it several hours before? Interested in you guys protocols. Thanks in advance
I take it on off days to stay full and charged. I dont mean energetic but rather to keep pounding nutriens into my repairing muscle cells.Quote:

Makes sense to me. Running around 850 test alongside it. Fairly solid on the nutrition. I weigh everything since I’ve started competing. Everyday it will be then. I appreciate it man
