Peptides, SARMs and GH Crash Course
Pretty cool lecture/interview from Jean Francois Tremblay on peptides and it's affiliates. Found on Ben Greenfield Fitness Podcast - will link up when off mobile.
Some highlights :
- When you reconstitute GH because it's 191 amino acid sequence folded in each other you can break the bonds and ruins the GH. People will then mistake the GH as being fake.
- Published Peptide studies (ie on PubMed) done on humans first to validate, then redone on animals, then redone on humans again since human trial cannot pre-date animal trials.
- Always run bloodwork on generic HGH. Chinese caught producing mystery vial to give same side effects of GH (ie carpal tunnel).
- Nootropics and OTC brain based supplements (ie 5-HTP) are not to be taken lightly. Anything alternative brain chemistry can cause damage, including death.
- Only need part of manufacturing (ie labelling) done in USA to be able to claim "Made in US", still raw are coming from china - don't get fooled (not that there is a problem with china). Some companies put made in US with this loophole and try to upcharge.
- Purity can be off by as much as 50%
- Less than a handful of companies making raw and outsourcing to wholesalers.
As off the beaten path Ben is, he's got some cool guests on his podcastI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I've looked very extensively for any GHRP powder and it's super seldom to find in any large amount which sucks. Not very into chemistry but I can only assume it's far more difficult to synthesize than any steroid raws.
