Beginning with 4ius a day....how much bloating should I expect?
I tried to run hCg a while back, and even with tons of AIs Ihad to stop bc i just looked fat. My pants didnt fit and I had moon face.
I read that Im going to hold water on HGH...is the bloating experience on 2ius twice a day (4ius total) going to be similar to my experience on HCG?
Thanks in advance

Same benefits most are looking for, sleep, energy, fat loss/body recomp, quicker revocery etc...I dont know that 4 ius a day is enough to build much (of any) muscle, but if i added a little lean mass I wouldnt complain
Yes man i understand they are 2 different compounds lol..but the question is about bloat, and hcg is the other compound.ive run that gave me so much bloat i didnt like it.
Not pharma....so with hgh its always a risk of fake..... but buying from reputable site...still risk of fake, but theres always going to be that risk unless you can pay for pharma.
Running test cyp and exemestane.also...but e2 in range and for me at least, even when long ester test at highish dose...when e2 in range i dont hold much (if any) water

HCG mimics LH and FSH, neither hormone is responsible for water retention (bloat).
Would have been something else that just coincidentally happened when you started HCG.
You would want to run IGF1 labwork at the 2 week and 4 week mark to determine whether or not you have actual HGH.
4Iu is more than sufficient for assisting with body transformation paired with cycling or blasting/cruising.
Despite how good HGH is the drug can not compensate for a poor lifestyle. It doesn't translate into being able to eat unlimited pancakes and stay lean. Nor can sleep be improved if you are taking stimulants in the evening.
There's also a dozen different dosing/injection protocols so I would recommend researching those.
Taking HGH longterm incorrectly can and will lead to insulin sensitivity. This makes the risk for diabetes skyrocket.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I’ve never experienced bloating with either. I think windex is right probably something else caused it.

I appreciate your input. I will respond, but the only topic I'd really like to address is the topic I initiated the thread for the purpose of - BLOAT.
I'm aware that HCG mimics LH and FSH, that's the only reason I tried to run it. It's also pretty well documented in medical journals AND anecdotally that HCG can cause estrogen to spike in some individuals, as it did me. This was proven by my blood tests. My e2 was fine, and TRT protocol remained constant until I introduced 500 HCG 3x a week.....then my e2 skyrocketed and I bloated like a puffer fish.
But enough about HCG....the ONLY reason I even mentioned it was to state that I don't want to bloat like I did when I was on it.
- I understand no amount of gear is going to compensate for a poor diet/lifestyle...I feel as though this is pretty common knowledge.
- I am aware there are tons of dosing/injection protocols because I have researched the topic heavily.
- Most of the documented insulin sensitivity arising from longterm HGH use (at least that I've come across) has involved dosages
significantly greater than 4ius, and for significantly longer durations that I am planning.
What I am really looking for here is anecdotal evidence (before someone says it, I understand everyone is different and one person's experience may or may be indicative of what I will experience at the same dosage level) as to whether or not 4ius (again, before someone says it, split into 2 dosages per day) will lead to bloating. I thought this may be the place to solicit such input from persons with experience.Last edited by petemitchell30; 06-24-2019 at 10:55 PM.

if a little bit of HGH or HCG will make you not fit into your pants and give you bloated moon face,, then I'd really be looking at other factors thats causing this problem.
perhaps your terribly out of shape to begin with and need to lose 30 pounds before messing with HGH or other PEDs.
if a little bit of HCG made you not fit into your pants , then theres other issues you have going on that need to be dealt with. just my surface level opinion.
plenty of guys, including IFBB pros, run HCG and HGH and do not have this problem (but they are in shape to begin with).
having said that,, YES your going to get some fluid retention with HGH. this is a secondary effect from the growth factors (fluid retention is a part of the growth process). but a little bit of fluid retention should not be a big deal or even noticeable (unless again your terribly out of shape to begin with). also a spike in estrogen should't transform your physique to fat and bloated either. I often times get my E levels 10x above normal range on purpose to help put on muscle, the small amount of bloat that comes with this is barely noticeable

I wouldnt consider myself terribly out of shape, but everything is relative. Im not an IFBB pro but at 6'4" 240lbs, and (at least last time I measured) 12% bodyfat, Im not a complete and utter dissapointment my body conscious brethren.
Our bodies differ significantly with the introduction of excess estrogen. My estrogen gets a little too high and my dick dies, I get moody, and I bloat terribly. A little too low and my dick dies, I am horribly tired, but I look amazing. Its something I really have to work to keep within the range that works for me.
Regardless, I appreciate the input about the water retention.
