Okay, so let's look at actual fat. Fasted increased the amount of lipolysis (stored fats to free fatty acids in the blood stream), but the amount of FFAs in the blood were excessive and would require greater than 90 minutes of (steady state) cardio to work it off, so it (FFAs that were not burned off) would just go back as stored fat
I believe (could be wrong) this is why gearhead has recommended HGH before training (because HGH triggers lipolysis)
Keep in mind, lipolysis and fat oxidation are two different things. Fat oxidation is where stored fat is released AND burned off as energy. Most studies only look at the lipolysis step.
Here is where I am wondering about GW15....(and more numbers). It is supposed to make the liver more efficient at burning off these FFAs so less gets sent back to storage. So if we combine GH, have these FFAs that the GW is making your body better at burning off, are we in a fat oxidization sweet spot?
Or we could just be creating the cancer w GW and growing it w the GH. Whatever. Either way you will lose fat (chemo is very good at that)
