But anyways I go in Saturday mornings to have my blood drawn about 30-60 minutes after I have my morning shake (oats, egg whites, and whey) and a glass of orange juice.
Why is my glucose low after I eat? And is this a problem? When I say low, I’m only slightly under the low end of the range.
I would do like Windex suggested and track your glucose for a while, especially upon waking and PWO. It may help narrow down what is happening.
