    Ghrp-6 or Ghrp-2 pre bed only

    What would be better Ghrp-6 or Ghrp-2 before bed to get the maximum igf spike with minimum hunger increase. Reason why before bed only is I am running gh throughout the day mainly morning and pre workout. Goal is dieting Down and trying to get the most igf release without the hunger.

    I’ve done this and was happy with the results. Going to start it again. Try it, but pay attention very well to the changes you see and figure out if it something you like or not. It’s really the only way.

    Would you go with ghrp-6 or 2 for this kind of protocol? And does either cause more or less of an appetite increase? Thanks

    I find MK677 to be far mare effective then GHRP 6 or 2..

    if you go with GHRP 6 you'll get more appetite stimulation . this is how I would run it with your HGH.

    first thing in the morning upon waking shoot your GHRP (fasted) then wait about 40 mins and shoot your HGH. you'll get a compounded effect and more IGF production. this is because you get a natty pulse of HGH from the GHRP and your serum blood levels then elevate, and while they are elevated you then take in exogenous HGH which goes directly to the blood stream (no natty pulse needed) on top of your already elevated blood levels. you now have much higher levels then you could have achieved running these things separably.

    you can do this several times per day (must be fasted when taking the GHRP though)

    want even more IGF..use exogenous insulin about 20 mins after the HGH injection. or just take in fast acting carbs and get a natty insulin spike (this is about an hour after you took the GHRP while fasted)


    using MK677 is far more convenient though. you just take 25mg of MK before bed. it stimulates natty GH pulses for up to 24 hours. then you take HGH upon waking

    you mean like skeletal changes? I feel like my face is a little different, more round and blocky, and jaw is not as deep-like the distance between my lower lip and chin is shorter than before.

    I would recommend using MK677 first before anything else. It's the Honda Civic of secretagoues.

    - affordable
    - Easy to administer (one pill)
    - Easy to travel with
    - Reliable, does as advertised
    - great bang for your buck

    And for if I mainly wanting fat loss would hgh Fragment 176-191 be a better choice since I’m already on gh?

    I would be using Cytomel or T4 or maybe even an ECY stack before HGH Fragment. I haven't been impressed by any of the results I've seen from those who didn't end up with snake oil. Other members may disagree.

    To me if your already on HGH then using fragment would be like painting racing stripes on a ferrari. I don't see how it's going to make the ferrari go any faster and even if it did, there's no way to quantify it (just like you can't measure any compounded fat loss from GH frag since so many variables).

    however using another compound would be like replacing the stock ferrari tires with racing tires (maybe not best analogy I don't know car stuff).
