A serum GH or IGF-1 panel.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

IGF-1 Bloodwork is a good place to start.
It's not a perfect solution as technically there could be chemicals that artificially inflate the result inside your "GH". It's a bit of a smoke and mirrors trick.
Really just comes down to trusting your source. Pharma is so much more expensive because you are really paying for the peace of mind.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

GH serum and IGF blood work .. but if you want to be super cheap and test just the basics , buy a pregnancy test and squirt some HGH on it . if it shows up as positive then your GH is fake.
also you can buy a 10$ glucose meter at Walmart. start tracking your blood sugars. blood sugars in most people will run a good 10 points higher then normal when taking HGH.
thats not a guarantee by any means, but it will give you some amount of insite

Actually one more question.... If it is fake... What do these guys put in it? Clearly if it's fake you get little to no results, but has anyone heard of fake stuff causing sides that aren't GH related?

I've seen HGH faked with HCG .. the reason HCG is used is because its cheaper obviously , but it will illicit some similar side effects as HGH does , like increase in water retention , plus HCG will raise your total test and estrogen levels and thus give you the feeling of being 'on' something .
I'm sure some fake HGH is just drywall dust or some bullshit powder. however I think the odds of getting fake HGh is getting less and less as there is just more access to it now days and places can source some fairly high quality stuff at a decent price, so the reason to make fake shit is less (they can make decent profit margins selling legit , so theres no need to fake)

Sometimes its nothing, just inert ingredients. Sometimes it HCG or other peptides.
