Too many peptides to wade through, which ones work and are accessible?

I'm looking for something that builds strength and does things like make my bones stronger, reduce inflammation, etc.

The 2019 guide to the Best Peptide Hormones - Chemically Anabolic

That seems like a good list, but when I googled one of em, it wasn't really available per reddit. People were also like "oh you want to add X to that to make it more synergistic etc."

I'd really just love to try one thing that makes my body stronger, muscles and other, and take just that to minimize risk of side-effects.

PS is anyone here using HGH or peptides to avoid the side-effects/potential disaster of taking Test?

Peptides and HGH is not going to do anything for Testosterone side effects (ie Estrogen)

There's also no quality control. Are you buying the real peptide or is it snake oil? If it's real is it dosed properly ? Is it even the real peptide on the label or something else ? Peptide companies are a dime a dozen and weeding through all the junk is an exercise in futility.

Most peptides you are not going to see a response because they work in the background. An example is epithalon. BPC+TB500 is the only peptide I'm a fan of because you can tell if it works very easily if you are injured. Outside of that I would not recommend peptides unless you have a rolodex of sources.

Inflammation is lifestyle controlled - things like fasting, proper supplementation, correct nutrition, selection of gear, etc.

It sounds like you are looking for a miracle potion which doesn't exists.
I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I think I'm just looking for peptides are they are described. Which is slowly builds muscle, immunity, aids in recovery. And has less side-effects than Test.

That's really what they are purported to do... if finding a good source is a crapshoot then that is what it is, but the real product is kinda a miracle.
