MK on empty stomach

I've been doing it every night 1.5 to 2 hrs after my last meal. Is that enough time to be considered an "empty stomach." From what I understand, if you don't take it on an empty stomach, it won't work at all.

its not that important like it would be for a GHRP that only has a 30 minute half life .. mk677 when taken daily is active 24/7 all day every day. your obviously not going to fast for 24 hours.. your not looking for a GHRH release from the hypothalamus , MK is essentially replacing natty GHRH and acting directly on the pituitary itself as GHRH . so your going to pulse HGH no matter what

really? every thing i've read say must be on empty stomach...i haven't been eating at night anymore just to make sure lol...they say pre bed or am empty stomach. Even MAsupp bottle says empty stomach.

They must say it for a reason? Do you have an literature that shows in experiments it made no difference or didn't weaken it. i know its 24 hours, but it act on grehlin so if it makes sense if not an in empty stomach it won't be absorbed?

I'm talking from the GHRH side of things and the pulse of the pituitary . a lot of GHRPs require an empty stomach because the pituitary will not pulse GH in the presence of elevated blood sugar and insulin (ie, food), and you only have a short window to get a pulse cause the half life is so short.
but this is not the case with MK being the half life is so long and it itself acts as the GHRH .

BUT .. being your MK is oral (and not injectible) then their may be something completely un related to GH pulse , and it may come down to something as simple as taking oral MK with food may diminish is absorption due to too much stomach acid preset . a lot of pills are to be taken apart from food because of absorption issues (like cytomel , or even cialis works better on an empty stomach) .

so thats the only reason why I could think not to take it with food . of course injectible MK could be taken with or without food . while injectible GHRPs still need to be taken fasted because of the short half life and dependence on GHRH

I've used MK off and on for about 6 years .. always took it at night before bed. sometimes I was behind on meals and had to get a meal in before bed as well . I'd still take the MK . I'd still wake up with super elevated blood sugar so I know for fact the MK still worked just fine to pulse GH through the night
