OK folks, starting tomorrow I will be counting my calories with MFP doing a 2700 calorie diet;
250c, 200 p, 100 f.
I'm currently 245lbs and I want to drop 30 lbs. This is a small deficit and will increase it as my body adapts. I will save cardio for when I hit a plateau with fat loss.
I will be taking 100mg of Ipam/modGRF before bed ED.
I will be taking 200mg of PEG-MGF on off days.
I want to see what the minimum dosage can do before I double the dosage for all three. When of if I double the dosages; Ipam/Mod will be 100mg once in the am and 100mg pre-bed. MGF will be 400mcg . I don't plan on doing more than
I will be training Dorian Yates HIT style, 4x a week.
I won't be posting everyday. I will only post when I experience anything, benefits or otherwise.
