Carpul tunnel negative side

Wondering if this is normal.
Started 4iu of Pharm HGH 6 months ago. Two weeks in I developed carpul tunnel in my wrist really bad. Took about 4 weeks for my body to get used to the GH and all the carpul tunnel went away.
Ive had no negative sides at all for 5 months and now suddenly the carpul tunnel has come back. I haven’t changed brand or dose. Is it normal for it to come back like this? It wouldn’t be a big deal except in my case it’s extremely painful especially at night when trying to sleep.
Sucks worse than night sweats on Tren .

It is odd that it went away then came back. Only thing I would know to do is back the dosage down until it goes away then slowly ramp it back up.

it likely came back due to water retention . did you make any changes in your diet? shed some water weight and it may go away
