Exclamation So worried with GH dropped

So that's new, recent blood test showed my GH levels are almost non

    Groth hormone : <0.1 mU/L ( 0.2 - 13 )
    IGF-1: 160 ug/L (109 - 284)

Do I need to go on HGH?

I never had this test before but I didn't feel that I had deficiency, I have grown pretty well but now looking at the numbers I feel like I am missing so much

I am pretty sure that HGH is pulsative.
It reads zero unless you happen to catch a pulse.
    So you arenít necessarily deficient.

I believe IGF-1 comes from your HGH production.
You are in range for that.

I could easily be wrong. Just donít tell my wife.

GH levels also drop significantly once you enter your 30s. I concur with deadlifting dog.
