Insulin Guidance
Making a liar out of my self and thinking of adding slin into my next blast.
Currently considering Lantus in AM with Humalog Pre/Post Workout following Milos Sarcev protocol of 10/10IU or 20/20IU
Just curious to know what protocols others have used and if they have a preferred carb source.
Right now I'm considering gatorade as it's dextrose rather than powerade is high fructose corn syrup. It also seems the easiest to be mobile with where as juice requires refrigeration.
For context the blast will be
525mg NPP
375mg Mast
On top of
150mg EQ
100mg Deca
200mg Test
225mg Primo
3IU HGHI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

I am assuming that you have not used slin. If so, start out at 5 iu and increment 1 daily. Check your sugar daily. It is hard to tell someone what to start with. What time of day? How does your sugar fluctuate during the day?
I personally do not like going higher than 15, although I have. I need to make special adjustments.
I usually use a pre workout with protein, BCAA’s dextrose, and creatine. I use the same post with my post meal. My meal usually has rice or a baked potatoe.

Everything helps. I am just trying to maximize the results of the slin.
Truthfully, I do not like taking slin. You need to be very disciplined in your food I take and timing. I am rushing around at 3 am and forget to eat my oatmeal. I may go slightly hypo because I missed those carbs. You are not really hungry but you need those carbs so you don’t go hypo, etc.
You forgot to take your MK677 the night before, now your blood sugar level is lower tha. Normal.
Making the 2 cocktails really isn’t a problem... I do meal prep so that isn’t an issue.
I know some people that do slin during the cruise and stop during a blast. They use the slin to bridge the gap. I am the opposite.
I have glucose tabs in my workout bag and work backpack at all times. I usually have one or the other with me. I am prepared to go hypo just about anywhere.
2 glucose tabs and I am fine. Obviously, the goal is to not have to use them, but always be prepared.
You will get fat if you are constantly eating sugar because you are afraid to go hypo.
I swore I would never touch slin. I had someone that taught me not to be afraid, but to respect it.
Once again discipline is very important while using it.

Damn you Windex!!! You made me screw up!
I injected my 15 iu’s and loaded my post workout 15. I wasn’t paying attention and backloaded that syringe with my gear. I was about to inject my gear and I noticed that the other syringe was empty that should have had the 15 iu . Glad, I saw that before injecting my gear... with 15 iu of slin.
This has never happened before but I would have been in for a ride with 30
Iu of slin in me.
Post workout slin in my quad. Never done that before. LOL

I've done the lantus with humalog route and my only recommendation would be to start with lantus. It will be easier to gauge how effective the insulin is, plus lantus isn't for everyone. If you are starting out very lean the lantus will work nicely. If not so lean, the humalogs effects on nutrition partitioning may even lean you out to start things off and you won't have to worry about insulin sensitivity since it is in and out fairly quickly. Overall I dont think I would ever recommend a first time slin user adding lantus right off the bat.
Pre workout I do protein with creatine + carbs and the same shake post workout. Intra is EAA with gatorade usually.
I always have potatoes around my workout for the potassium as well.

Before doing any slin you need to map your normal blood sugar stats. This means the following
1. Test immediately upon waking
2. Test before your after workout meal
3. Test 1.5 hours after completion of meal
4. Test 2 hours after completion of meal
This gives you an expected baseline before starting the routine. The diet routine is the most important part of a cycle. This means your after workout meal should be the same every day. This is what allows you to plot your slin usage. If you do not plan to keep your meals normalized ignore the slin.
The insulin spike occurs 1.5 to 2 hours after eating your meal.
Your goal is to minimize that spike which forces the conversion to nitrogen balance vs blood sugar
If your weight is under control a glucose tab at the 2 hour point removes most danger of low blood sugar issues
If you start at 5 and increase by 1 unit each time and test at 1.5 and 2 hours after meal start you adjust as required.
Just how i approached it in a safe manner
