Looking to See if HGH is Any Good - Blood Work

So I started a little program to get back into shape. I'll post details and blood results below. Obviously the testosterone is good, but I am uncertain about the HGH. I've been told that testosterone can increase your IGF-1 levels.

Pre Program Levels (Before test or HGH)
    Testosterone Total - 269 ng/dL
    Testosterone Free - 54.4 pg/mL
    IGF-1 - 142 ng/mL
    Estradiol - 21 pg/mL

    Program so far
    5 Weeks - Sustanon 300mg/wk split
4 Weeks - Toptrope hgh 1.5 IU ed

    This Weeks Blood Work
    Testosterone Total - 2097 ng/dL
    Testosterone Free - 876 pg/mL
    IGF-1 - 242 ng/mL
    GH - 1.3 ng/mL
    Z Score male - 1.2
    Estradiol - 109 pg/mL

I have some Arimidex handy for the estrogen issue, but it looks like my HGH is not good, or under dosed.

Edit: oops sorry, I see 1.5 iu.
I had the blood test within 2 hours of the last HGH dose. I'm wondering if my IGF-1 increase is from the testosterone alone.

The IGF-1 response seems to vary from person to person. On strictly TRT, my IGF-1 is slightly over the top of LabCorp range. Somewhere around 230-ish

After 3 weeks of 1.8 iu of Serostim on a 5 on,2 off schedule, my IGF-1 is in the mid-400s.
