How many IUs of HGH should a 55 year old Man use per day.

Hey fellas, I am a 55-year-old dude, 5-10 190lbs, in fairly good shape, not packing a lot of fat, I work out, somewhat, my job is physical as well. I decide to hit the gym again, I am on TRT and other gear and thinking about adding some HGH in the mix for anti-aging, any suggestion as to how many IUs. I have heard anywhere from 1iu(Joe Rogan podcast, he is a few years younger than I) to crazy expensive amounts of 8 IUs a day. I am not trying to be Arnold, just trying to get in better shape. Thanks

Ok, I am gonna go with 2 IUs 5 days a week for 4 weeks and see how I feel. 2 IUs seems to be what everyone suggests for anti-aging. Thanks for the feedback. Thanks again.

Regarding 5 days a week. People only take weekends off of GH to save money. There's no other reason to do so.

Kel, if I may, do you use or like HGH for maintenance?

I’m 63, presently just on TRT (since 56). Presently using 1 iu every morning and dig it. It definitely helps with fat loss.

Since I’m far more active now during the day, I’m thinking for fat loss, am is a better choice. Years ago when I did Sermorelin in the pm before bed, I never really experienced improved sleep. The few times I did try HGH at night, same thing.

Honestly since the Covid bs and a crappy summer, I’ve only been consistent again with TRT and HGH for about 6 weeks. I think I’m starting to see an effect. When I repurchase soon, I might get extra and bump it to 2iu and see if there is a noticeable difference. MK bloated the crap out of me so that’s a no-go.

I get carpal tunnel type symptoms at 6 iu. I do not go above 4. Usually use 2-4.

Have you ran any comparisons between your different dosages and the benefits?

Im sort of interested in the other gear comment. Your height/weight sounds pretty good but really if you have not been hitting the gym hard for at least 6 mo in my opinion. Im sure it will help gain a little faster but muscle memory even at our age is pretty good and it might be better to wait a little while until using the "other" gear. You really dont want to add to much all at one time if you havent been using them before.
