Hgh and diabetes
Hello every1, i havnt been in the game for a few yrs now, but wanted to ask your take on what hgh does to the sugar and diabetes in the body. I do not have diabetes, but runs in my family sooo just educating myself. Im 47, done about 5 yrs of cycles before, so im not a spring chicken here.

Research it online. I’m sure someone will chime in now that big daddy commented on your post. Thank me later

Generally you’ll want to take GH without eating carbs close to it as it spikes glucose levels. I’m about to run it shortly and as I’m dieting anyway I’ll take GH in the AM and fast until noon. My 2c.

I take it at night before bed at least 2 hours after my last meal. When I bulk up I can put on weight quick, I’ve been putting on weight nicely but minus the extra bulk I hold in my love handle area so it’s def doing something I believe in terms of metabolizing fat better or whatever but that doesn’t answer the question on if it causes diabetes.

I used to be more careful but the more I read seems to suggest gh timing is not that significant around eating. I’d love to hear some concrete info on the benefits of fasting with hgh but I’m not sure I’ve seen much conclusive.
