To keep blood sugar more stable on MK or Hgh.
Has anyone tried over the counter berberine?

This should be something similar to metformin used by those with type 2 diabetes.

I can always use insulin, but this is now more powerful, more expensive and therefore requires more injections.

Experiences on berberine and metformin?

I've started using dihydroberberine as it came highly recommended. Can't speak as to results as I just started using it consistently.
