Breakfast is usually 2 toasted English muffins with peanut butter, poached eggs, cheese, baked beans.
Snack is a watermelon juice with protein powder.
Lunch is usually brown rice with a curry, or a pasta.
Dinner vegetables with meat (non processed)
Never after dinner sweets.
The above isn't an elite athletes diet, but it's never fast food.
I work as a Scaffolder/Rigger so am active st work.
I've been with the hgh about 12 Months.
My body type isn't all that bad. I'm 79kg, 175cm, and a recent evolt body scan placed me at 5% body fat, but I don't have the 5% body fat body I see on Google, so will use this machine to track change only.
Due to my question, i'm wondering about the quality and effectiveness of the medication, and if my results are typical of 4IU, which I understand is a lower end dose, and how much can I administer without needing insulin as I can't find this answer anywhere I've looked?
