obtaining Humulin R

In Harvey B's "book on slin" he says that humulin R is otc (over the counter). Does that mean I just go to a pharmacy and ask for it?

i would order humalog instead of humulin as you can get a better window of action without the blood levels being high for multiple hours.

Ive read and heard the same advice repeatedly.I dont have a source for humalog. Since its not controlled is it possible that an overseas web-site could be a legit source? I pay through the nose but get my hcg from central america.
