Get a slin pin and use it post w/o, I don't use it on my days off.

Read through the posts to get people's opinions, but I'm of the opinion that spot injects are the best way to go, since IGF-1 is in a ready to be bound state upon injection, and you'll have an upregulation of IGF receptors post workout in the muscles worked. You'd have the highest probability of desirable bindings by injecting into the muscles just worked post w/o, as JB said.Originally Posted by eric0704
