Alright, I've got some igf long r3 powder media grade 1 mg
So how do i reconstitute using BA or BW?

If those are your 2 options, go with BA. You can use 1mL to keep the math simple, or you can dilute it up higher, as long as you keep track of the concentration. Reconstitute it gently.....swirl to reconstitute.

hmm would it be ok to add some BW to a reconstituted batch (ie MR) to make sure you get every last drop from the pin? or should you be adding more BA?

To be sure you get it all out of the pin, first draw up some BW into the pin, then draw your IGF-1 rather than diluting it in the vial itself.
