    Chemical name of IGF-L3

    I know IGF is the trivial name
    but what would be the chemical name of this substance

    like for instance
    3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine for T2
    4chloro1dehydro17alphamethyltest for Turinabol

    Might come off as a stupid question but I'm willing to take that chance
